Rainham Cricket Club hold an extremely successful colts section, providing children of the ages 5-17 the opportunity to play cricket through the 3 main stages of the sporting pyramid; grassroots, participation and competition level. The club provides ECB Qualified coaches who give up their time free of charge, to help facilitate and encourage the development of the colts’ cricket skills. A number of players from the colts section have been selected to represent both their District and their County, illustrating how successful the set-up is, and how potential talent can be transformed into quality on the cricket field.
